Where I come from. What I carry forward.
I am Colombian and Puerto Rican, shaped by the example of my immigrant grandmother — her willingness to build something new, without guarantees. Being a first-generation college graduate and a proud gay Latino are not footnotes to my professional story. They are part of how I understand what access and opportunity actually mean.
That foundation — identity, proximity to the work, and a belief that strategy has to account for the people who will live with it — is what I bring into every room I lead in.
Curiosity is part of how I lead.
I am drawn to history, neighborhoods, and the way cultures express themselves through food, language, and daily life. I speak English and Spanish fluently and am actively learning French.
I stay current in AI, automation, and leadership — not as a credential exercise but as a practical habit. I ask questions, listen to feedback, and apply what I learn.

I build alignment, create clarity, and follow through. Whether developing a team, leading a transformation, or serving a community, I take ownership of outcomes.
In practice, that means developing the people I lead, building alignment across functions, creating clarity where there is ambiguity, and following through on what I commit to.
